By commissioning me, you automatically agree to my Policy / Terms of Service.

I have every right to refuse a commission.

Prices may change depending on the complexity of your request.

YOU MUST BE 18 years or older to commission me.

These Terms of Service do not apply to (Twitch-)Emote commissions.

VGen only. (They use pay///pal or card. You do not need an account, there is no need to sign up in order to use the site.)

These ToS also apply to commissions outside of VGen, if i ever happen to decide to accept one (commissions for friends may be one of those exceptions).

Option A: 100% upfront

Option B: 100% after sketch

Option C: 50% upfront / 50% after finishing

Option D: 50% after sketch / 50% after finishing

Refunds are not possible once the sketch has been approved.

Refunds are only possible in the sketch-phase before approval. This does not always include a full refund.

Generally, I don't accept deadlines.

If I accept deadlines, there will probably be an expensive fee, depending on the timeframe.

Turnaround-time varies. Turnaround-time starts when I start working on the commission. It does not include waitlist-time. Completing the requested work may take up to 2 months, depending on private situations, complexity of the requested work, amount of requested work, technological circumstances, etc.

The client has the right to receive a full-resolution image-file, which will probably be a PNG. Resolution may vary and a certain resolution can be requested.

The client will not receive the work-file, which is SAI / PSD / similar.

My art is a digital good. It will not be delivered physically.

You are not allowed to edit my work in any way.

You are not allowed to remove or censor my watermark.

You are never allowed to use my work for anything cryptocurrency-related, including NFTs.

You are never allowed to use my work for / with anything Artificial Intelligence-related.

Do not claim my work as your own.

Do not upload my work anywhere without crediting me (Nyavii).

You are allowed to use my work, which has been commissioned by you, as icon or banner in social media. Please do also credit me (Nyavii) in that case.

Commissions are for personal use only by default. You are not allowed to make any profits from the commissioned work in that case.

Commercial use most likely includes fees. These will be discussed before commercial usage and may vary.

You are not allowed to sell my work. Only exception is when selling the character, which you commissioned the work of, since the artwork you commissioned is bound to that character. In that case you can add the price of the commissioned work to the character's worth, if you want.

I retain all copyrights of the commissioned work.

I will not claim any of your characters and things related to them as my own.

I have the right to publicly post the commissioned work online, wherever and whenever i want. You can request for me to not upload your work or only upload a censored version, which may cause a fee.

I cannot guarantee to be fast with answering your messages but I will try.

I will most likely not answer to smalltalk or similar.

I will show you a sketch, which you then need to approve of, before i continue working.

If not agreed on otherwise, i will not send updates after the sketch approval until the commissioned work is completed. This is to make the whole process much faster.

Immediately after sending you the completed work, you have a chance to request minor changes (see "Revisions").

Revisions are mostly only possible in sketch-phase.

Revisions on lineart are not possible.

Revisions on shading is not possible.

Revisions on flatcolor/pattern are mostly possible.

You can ask for minor changes, but there's no guarantee they're possible.

Amount of revisions depends on complexity and work. Normally 1-2 are possible.

After too many revisions / too complex revisions, there may be a fee.

I have every right to refuse certain revisions.

Adult characters only. No characters under the age of 18 years.

You may only request your own characters. I rarely do exceptions for fanart.

Furry and humanoid characters only.

Female characters only. I may do exceptions, but it is very unlikely.

NSFW ("Not safe for work") can be requested.

SFW ("Safe for work") can be requested.

Too complex characters or outfits may add a fee. Depending on complexity, I may decline.

No feral characters.

Self-drawn backgrounds are not included! Blurred backgrounds or simple colored ones are to be expected.

No fetishes.

Do not request any morally or legally wrong content (zoo, rape, abuse, similar...). I will not draw any of that.

Except for (11.), you can always ask me, if you're unsure.
